Happy New Year 2015

It's my first time celebrating New Year in Thailand and it's been fun so far though there's no really celebration, just had a random conversation with friends, watched fireworks at the rooftop, attended a party for less than an hour and won a 300 baht price, lol. Can't complain about New Year's Eve 'cause what I did on my Christmas night was washing my clothes and went to bed after. So here are some of my firework pictures, hope you guys likes it.

Used my old model LG phone only in taking these pictures, sorry if it's not really that good.

Big Buddha Temple Pattaya

From the condo in Moo 9, Pattaya 3rd Road, where me and my friend stayed, we took a taxi to get here in this amazing Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai) for 200 Baht. The trip only took for like ten to twenty minutes. In this Temple you will find the largest Buddha image of Chonburi, Thailand, The Phra Buddha "Sukhothai Walaicholatharn". This image was constructed in 1977. Several other Buddha images can be found in this temple.

Here are some of the images of the other Buddhas in Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai) of Chonburi, Thailand.

Buddha Footsteps. Buddhist people consider this area as Holy. You can't step inside without taking your shoes/sandals off.

I would say this Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai) in Chonburi, Thailand is really an amazing place. The Buddha images are big and beautifully made. Plus the sea and mountain view from here is spectacular too. You can also buy souvenirs in their souvenir's store.

Walking Street Pattaya

Walking Street, a famous street in Pattaya. In this street you will find different kinds of bars. There's like 50 of them or more. But you will not only find bars in this place, you also will find some different restaurants. If you feel like eating sea foods, then you will like it here, or maybe you want to try some Thai food, but of course Western and American food is also available here.

In this street you will also find some different entertainment show. Like these local Thai guys doing a motorbike exhibition. There's also some magician performing magic tricks.

How about a little girl doing a hula hoop? This little girl is amazing. She can do a hula hoop for like 5 minutes or probably more non stop. I can't even do it like for one minute, lol.

Walking Street is the most busiest street in Pattaya, in my own opinion. Probably the most crowded too. But it's fun walking there.

The Sanctuary of Truth Pattaya

The Sanctuary Of Truth is a temple construction in Pattaya, Thailand. Thai people call it "Wooden Castle". It is all made of wood and they built it without using nails. In this castle, you will find how talented Thai people are. You will see beautifully crafted wooden sculptures. Entrance fee is 500 Baht per person.

Before going to the "Wooden Castle", there's this restaurant where you can have food and drinks if you're hungry or thirsty and also in this restaurant or snack house, you will see some local Thai people performing Thai Traditional Dance.

Another attraction in the Santuary of Truth is no other than the famous Thai Elephant. You can ride the elephant (forgot how much you would pay, please kindly click the link for more details) or you can feed them with ripe bananas for only 100 Baht (at least i remember that ) ^_^.

When we are about to leave, a guy asked me if I would like to get my picture. I didn't know that their photographer took a picture of me with the Thai people who performed Thai traditional dance. A souvenir, well, why not? It's 250 Baht but it's complete with wood frame and a Sanctuary of Truth logo made of steal pasted on it. (Pardon for the blurry picture)

Visiting the Sanctuary of Truth is all worth it. This castle is an example of a pure Thai culture. It's another amazing place in Thailand.
