Ayutthaya Historical Park

According to Wikipedia, Ayutthaya historical park covers the ruins of the old city of AyutthayaThailand. The city of Ayutthaya was founded by King Ramathibodi I in 1350 and was the capital of the country until its destruction by the Burmese army in 1767.
In 1969 the Fine Arts Department began with renovations of the ruins, which became more serious after it was declared a historical park in 1976. The park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981. Thirty-five kings ruled the Ayutthaya kingdom during its existence. King Narai (1656 CE to 1688 CE) not only held court in Ayutthaya but also from his palace in the nearby city of Lopburi, from where he ruled 8–9 months in the year.

This is a Temple inside the Ayutthaya Historical Park.

This is the Buddha image inside the Temple of  Ayutthaya Historical Park.

Inside the Ayutthaya Historical Park market. My friends are having a taste of Thai delicacies.

Next to the Temple is these beautiful buildings (I don't know what  it's called). Tourist pay 50 baht to get inside. It's beautiful.
Me and my friends posing for a picture.
Beautiful and pointed.

I don't know how to describe this. Oh it's round in shape. :)

On the entrance side of the Ayutthaya Historical Park, there are these hardworking elephants showing the tourists their talents. It's pretty amazing how these big creatures moved their bodies.

One of those elephants showing their talents. Elephant show is for free.

Picture with the elephant for 40 baht.

They also have an elephant ride but I don't know how much is the price because I didn't get the chance to do it. Ayutthaya Historical Park is just one of the beautiful places you will find in Thailand. Plus what I like the most about Ayutthaya Historical Park is it is historically rich. I hope you find this post somehow useful. I'm sorry if some English sentences is not correct. Feel free to correct me if you find any errors. I'll be glad to rewrite them. Thank you.
